Reaction to "Why you should write” by Preetam Nath

So I just reread "Why you should write” by Preetam Nath.

He uses this essay to encourage everybody to write.  He seems to think that any kind of habitual creative activity is good for you.  My own belief is that people have a historic ability to share their thoughts with the future of humanity and that everyone’s perspective is useful, thus, we believe that it is a good idea to write.  Habitual daily writing is good for historical records, sharing your unique perspective, and it makes writing itself much easier.  Writing is a very useful tool for businesses and journalling is both know to be good for your mental health and it documents your thoughts so that you can search through them later.
