What if I ...
What if I wrote a thousand (or ten thousand) words a day? What would I become? Who would I inspire? How would that impact my family?
What if I walked three miles a day? What would I become? Who would I inspire? How would that impact my family?
Tony Robbins said that the questions we ask ourselves are important. They focus our minds. What would happen if we asked ourselves questions like those above? Our minds are like machines, searching for answers. If we supply our minds with inspiring questions, we get more than inspiring answers. We get a constant process of searching for positivity.
My mind can't be positive all the time, but it helps to consider great questions daily. What great questions can I come up with.
Even when my mind is negative. Those times probably inspire me. Yesterday was a bit dark for me. Despite that, I managed to play a game with some friends, nap a lot, briefly visit Barnes & Noble, watch some TV (Legacies), call my parents (tried to call my kids), speak with my brother, texted one friend, did some laundry/dishes/the bills, walk 2.1 miles, and finally unpack my Italy suitcase. Right now, that seems kind of amazing especially considering that I felt very tiered.
Right now I don't feel tired --- I feel inspired. So, I am writing.
Cheers,
Hein
